Database: MSSQL

Having developed an RC site with a mssql database on a shared server I decided due to the limitations and speed I would invest in a dedicated server.

I now have a server running Windows Web Server 2008 64bit and am having difficulties getting RC to install.

If I use a mssql database some of the default data does not appear e.g. side columns, categories etc but the site displays.

If I use access I get the infamous error:
Errors Detected: Please make sure you have properly pointed path to database folder in config/config.asp and existence of "cldb.mdb"

Current path to database specified in config.asp is: dbfolder = "db/"

Current Database provider string in config.asp is:
strConn = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=D:\vhosts\\db\cldb.mdb;"

Is there anyone proficient with Windows 2008 64bit that would mind giving me a hand to configure the server properly?

Many thanks
