• Include a URL link to your installation if available as well as logon to the administration pages for a quick resolution of your problem.

• Make sure to specify a correct Email address so that the reply to your message is not returned to us as undeliverable. Be aware: certain types of anti-spam software you might be using prevent a valid and legit correspondence reaching your mail box in some cases.
