There are two methods of importing ads data into RC database. Here is a brief specification for each:

Ads Import

• All Imported Ads for one import round are attached to one user account.

• Imports ad data only

• Imports up to 1000 ads at a time

This method is well suited if you acquire clients who operate a real estate website, auto dealers web site, e-commerce store,.. etc and willing to upload bulk ads to your classified for advertising. Since all ads for a given upload would be attached to one user account, you would have an opportunity to manage each bulk upload separately (cache, delete, repost ads). That is each client would have a separate sets of imported ads. Even if the same client provides a few sets of templates and all sets would be attached to that client user account, you would still have an option to manage each set separately. Example. A client sends 2 filled templates -  one with 1000 ads and another with 350. Both sets would be attached to that client's user account but each can be managed separately. More details are given in admin section of this manual.

Ads Import +

• Imports ad data and creates a new user account for each imported ad

• Imports up to 500 ads/accounts at a time

This method would be the best solution for converting paper ads or ads from another classified. Each imported ad would be attached to a newly created user account. Ads Imported with this method are less manageable compare to previous method. Global repost is not available for this method as clients expected to manage their own accounts and ads.
